an expansion project at Fage
Dairy in upstateNew York. The
AC-350-6 installed several new
90-foot, 34,000 pound tanks
from a distance of 125 feet. The
400-ton all-terrain cranewas
riggedwith 412 feet of boom to
get the job done.

transport companyALE, based

been awarded theGuinness
WorldRecord for theheaviest
loadmovedby self-propelled
modular transporter (SPMT).
For the recordALE

weighing13,191.98metric
tons andmeasuring98.5
meters long, 46meterswide
and58.8metershigh, in Jebel
Ali,UnitedArabEmirates.
Thedeck is the largest offshore
platform constructedby
Lamprell.

It took fourhours to transport
theunit and10hours for
load-out tobe completed, a
company spokesperson said.

sign cooperation
agreement
NCSGCrane andHeavy Haul
Corp. and Fagioli Canada
have signed an agreement
to pursue crane, rigging and
heavy haul-related project
work on LNG projects in
the PrinceRupert area of
Canada.
“Fagioli is the specialized
service provider currently
doing the heavy haul and lift work at the onlymajor Greenfield
LNG facility inNorthAmerica,” said EdoardoAscione, Fagioli
NorthAmerica president. “We are proud to be doing the heavy lift
work at the Sabine Pass LNG export facility being constructed in
Louisiana. Thiswork, alongwith our global LNG experienceworking
inAngola, Qatar, Equatorial Guinea, Europe andAustralia,makes our
partnershipwithNCSG uniquely qualified towork on theCanadian
LNG projects.”
NCSGCEO TedRedmond said the partnershipwill allow the two
companies to offer fully operated andmaintained rigging, crane and
heavy haul services from six tons to64,000 tons.
“NCSG is the number one crane and heavy haul supplier in
NorthernB.C. andwe have local people, local equipment and local
branches in PrinceRupert, Terrace/Kitimat, Ft. St. John, and

AEMP Telematics Standard.
