Over 100 Years of Experience
At Terex Cranes, our focus on innovation to drive crawler
crane capacity and productivity is a time-honored tradition
started by our Demag and American Cranes ancestors
more than 100 years ago.
When it comes to heavy lifting, we introduced the first
880 ton lattice boom crane (1979) and the only crane
ever to lift a space shuttle; the first 1100 ton crawler
crane (1987); the first 1760 ton crawler crane (1998);
and the first 3520 ton crawler crane (2007).
When it comes to your productivity, we invented the
modular hook block system for added versatility;
engineered the quick connection snap ring design to help
reduce rigging time; and developed the crawler track drive
system for smooth operation during your lifts.
Designed with you in mind:
Cost efficient transport and rigging
Increased uptime provided by
redundant control system
Cab design focuses on operator comfort
and ergonomics to reduce fatigue and
increase productivity
Durable and powerful tracks for smooth
movement during lifting operations
Patented modular hook block system
for added versatility
