“We launched the first version of
iCraneTrax.com at ConExpo 2011,” she
explained. “Then, it was just primarily
dispatch. Since then we have added a
CRM (sales and contact management),
invoicing, comprehensive reporting,
QuickBooks integration and fleet
maintenance. In 2013 we started working
on adding a comprehensive telematics
and GPS system to it, which will be
launched at this ConExpo.”
A1A, based in Fernandina Beach, FL,
also provides custom web development
solutions for clients in the equipment
industry.
