More than 300 exhibitors
are heading to the Plantworx
exhibition at Bruntingthorpe,
UK, which takes place
from2 to 4Junewith
numerous launches and awell
represented host nation.
In addition, the compact JCB Loadall 525-60, which
has a lift height of 6m and a load capacity of 2.5
tonnes, will be present. At just 1.84 m wide and 1.89
m tall, it boasts multi-mode, four-wheel steering
- providing access to multi-storey car parks and
operation in confined site conditions.
Finally, the 67C-1 is a 6.5 tonne class, conventional
tail-swing compact excavator, delivering durability,
efficiency and productivity thanks to an innovative
familydesign.
Mix andmatch
Also branching out is Finning, which is teaming up
with its national network of Caterpillar compact
dealers tobringa fleet of newplant toPlantworx.
Simon Coates, BCP business manager of Finning’s
Equipment Solutions division, said: “This year the
stand will be all about how customers can mix and
match our products and services to ensure they
maximise their productivity, while keeping running
costs as lowaspossible.”
The company also said that live demonstrations
would takeupmore thanhalf the stand, with visitors
able to see brand new equipment such as the Cat
313FL GC excavator and Cat 432F2 backhoe loader in
action, accompanied by the comprehensive range of
Catmini excavators.
Static displays are expected to feature the
impressive new fuel efficient M Series small wheel
loader and the Cat TH414C and Cat TH417C general
construction telehandlers, with both skid-steer and
multi-terrain loaders alsomakinganappearance.
South Korea’s Hyundai, in addition to showing a
range of newmachines not yet seen at a UK event,
will be putting the new HL960 wheeled loader

f you were wondering about the health of the
British rental market, then a company the size
of JCB planning multiple launches at a UK show
might beaguide.
At the start of June, JCB will bring its new site
dumpermodels to theBruntingthorpe, Leicestershire,
home of the Plantworx exhibition. And it isn’t
stopping there – the company said its award-winning
Inteli-Hybridgeneratorwill alsobeon show.
Twoof JCB’snew sitedumpermodels –which range
in size from 1 to 10 tonnes – will be shown following
the company’s recent agreementwithTerex.
The 6 tonne machine, designed for high carrying
capacity in large earthmoving projects, will be on
static display while the 3 tonne version will be part
of JCB’s livedemonstrations throughout the show.
Also showcased will be the G90QSi – part of JCB’s
fuel-saving Inteli-Hybrid generator range which
won the Engineering category in the Plantworx 2015
InnovationAwards andwashighly commended in the
Green category.
