Triple launch from
Gehl andMustang
Threenewmid frame skid steer loaders
weighing in at 2,327kg (5,130 lb), 2,690kg
(5,930 lb) and2,796kg (6,165 lb) havebeen
launched thatwill be availableunder both the
Gehl andMustangbrandnames.
Under theGehl brand, the threemachines
aredesignated as theR135 (replacing the
4240E), theR150 (anew addition to the line)
and theR165 (replacing the 4640EPower2).
InMustang livery, themachines are the 1350R
(replacing the 2014), 1500R (replacing the
2044) and the 1650R (replacing the 2054).
They feature anew cabwith integrated
digital display, new load armdesign that
provides increased visibility, YanmarTier
IV engines and serviceability enhancements.
Excellent service access is through the extra-
wide rear door and enginehood. A swingout
rear door andnew swingout cooler provide
access to filter, fluid reservoirs and the engine
bay. The level II FOPS structure tilts back,
providing easy access to thepumps, hydraulic
valvebank anddrivemotors. Finally, all high-
rotationpins have greasepoints.

FRD Europe has added the VMX22ERmulti-tool
to its range of demolition attachments. Designed
for use on excavatorswith an operatingweight
between 21 and 30 tonnes, it can be used in
primary, secondary and selective demolition
applications. Compact, easy to handle, reliable
and safe, according to FRD, the VMX22ER offers
360° rotation and is availablewith four different
jaw-sets - steel cutter, combi cutter, secondary
cutter and block cutter.When fittedwith the
secondary cutter jaw set, the VMX22ER has a
maximumweight of 2,320 kg (5,104 lb).
