booth, Global will also show Zoomlion
crawler cranes: the ZCC1100H, with
a 110-ton capacity, and the QUY260,
with a capacity of nearly 300 tons.

ALTEC INDUSTRIES, GOLD LOT 1827
, will
exhibit multiple boom truck crane
options, ranging from 18 to 45 tons
capacity. The company’s newest
equipment offering is the AC45-127S
telescopic boom crane. The AC45-127S
features lower winch control, front-entry
cab and engine start/stop at the tail shelf,
all which minimize slip/trip/fall hazard
exposure. The tilt cab feature improves
visibility while reducing operator neck
strain and associated fatigue. A service-
driven design simplifies preventative
maintenance and reduces downtime. The
LMI reel is mounted at the boom heel
and protected by a metal cover, while the
A2B cable is routed through the boom for
better reliability. Also note the new cable
and LMAP rigged on the AC45-127S.

(LMAP) has
taken safety and
productivity
to the next
level with a
simple and
intuitive
user interface. A large color display
provides more information during
operation.
Altec said it was the first boom truck
crane manufacturer to offer a tilt cab
feature, which debuted at ConExpo 2011.
This year, Altec will unveil a new crane
cab that improves safety and operator
convenience, the company said. The new
cab provides safe, convenient access to
the crane controls throughout the range
of rotation, which reduces slip/trip/fall
hazard exposure on the jobsite. The top
and front surfaces are shatter-resistant to
protect the operator.
Other equipment to be showcased
include the Altec AC18-70B and AC23-
95B.
ELLIOTT EQUIPMENT, GOLD LOT 1108
, is
launching several cranes, including a
high capacity boom truck with a boom
length of more than 142 feet mounted
on a federal bridge-legal chassis, for the
U.S. market. Also new will be wireless
remote controls for Elliott models.
Target industries include oilfield service,
electrical transmission construction,
mining, general construction and facility
maintenance.
FASCAN INTERNATIONAL, GOLD LOT

, will show several models of new
knuckleboom cranes and control/safety
systems. New Fascan models
include: the F950RA.2.28L426,
a heavy-duty crane designed to
lift, maneuver and set concrete
forms and holding tanks; and
the F120B.2.25, a light-duty
articulating crane that expands on
